The Saint Lucia Crisis Centre is conducting a sensitization session on Positive Parenting. The event will be held at the Department of Gender Relations Conference Room on Friday, May 30, from 1 p.m.

The Workshop is aimed at educating, sensitizing and empowering single parents both male and female. The sessions will address specific areas beneficial to children’s needs, parents, family and society.

The need for behavioral change is of paramount importance whilst the safety and well-being of families play a critical role in reducing violence and improving lives.

The event will be both informative and interactive and will target 20 participants from various communities. The participants will receive certificates of participation.
