Process:	Complete the first section of the Issuing of Tourism Taxi Plates application form. The form must be endorsed by your respective Taxi Association prior to submission The completed application form must be submitted together with: (a) valid medical certificate; (b) valid police record; (c) valid vehicle insurance; (d) national driver's license; and (e) defensive driving certificate. On submission of the form to the Ministry of Tourism, the vehicle will be inspected. If approved, the application will be reviewed by the Tourism Transport Regulatory Committee (TTRC) and the form endorsed accordingly. The Road Transport Board of the Ministry of Infrastructure will provide final review and approval of the application
