The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs with technical support from the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) is undertaking a formal review and updating of St. Lucia’s National Mental Health Policy and Mental Health Legislation.

As part of this process, the Ministry of Health is meeting with stakeholders, that is representatives from all sectors of the society to understand the current mental health challenges and to identify priority areas for inclusion in the National Mental Health Policy and Mental Health Legislation.

Thepublic consultation meetings will take place on Tuesday August 12, 2025 from 6p.m. to 8p.m. at the Castries Town Hall and on Thursday August 14, 2025 from 6p.m. to 8p.m. at the Vieux-Fort Infant School, Clarke Street, Vieux-Fort.
